Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
  • ability to pass background checks and drug screening
  • good physical stamina
  • positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • basic math skills for inventory and portioning
  • availability for full or part-time roles

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary schooling or equivalent experience
  • experience in food service environments preferred
  • ability to follow standardized recipes
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation
  • ability to perform elementary mathematical calculations for inventory and portioning

Job Duties

  • Prepare and present delicious meals following executive chef menus
  • inventory and portion ingredients accurately
  • assist in kitchen prep and dish room duties
  • maintain dry stock and perishable food inventories
  • ensure cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen
  • prepare meals during trayline service
  • work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
