Job Duties

prepare and present delicious meals following executive chef menus
inventory and portion ingredients accurately
assist in kitchen operations including prep, dish room, dry stock, and perishable food inventories
maintain high sanitation and cleanliness standards
contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
apply basic mathematical skills for inventory and portioning
engage in continuous professional development and training
