Job Duties
- prepare and present delicious meals following executive chef menus
- inventory and portion ingredients accurately
- assist in kitchen operations including prep, dish room, dry stock, and perishable food inventories

- apply basic mathematical skills for inventory and portioning
- engage in continuous professional development and training
