Job Duties

  • prepare and present delicious meals following executive chef menus
  • inventory and portion ingredients accurately
  • assist in kitchen operations including prep, dish room, dry stock, and perishable food inventories

  • contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
  • apply basic mathematical skills for inventory and portioning
  • engage in continuous professional development and training
