Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
  • ability to work alternating weekends
  • willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
  • physical ability to perform duties including standing for long periods and lifting
  • availability for shifts from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
  • passion for food and service

  • Experience in food service or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties

  • Prepare and present delicious meals following Executive Chef menus
  • inventory and portion ingredients accurately
  • assist in food preparation and kitchen duties
  • maintain sanitation and cleanliness in the kitchen
  • manage dry stock and perishable food inventories
  • contribute positive energy and teamwork in a fast-paced environment
  • ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
