Job Duties
- Responsible for the preparation and cooling of foods using standardized recipes, production sheets and HACCP records under the supervision of a cook
- Prepare and cook food on grill
- Serves and plates meals for patient services
- Control quantity and quality of foods used on a daily basis by taking inventory daily and ordering supplies as needed
- Maintains high standards of food handling and cleanliness in the work area
- Responsible for cleaning production area prior to end of shift
- Responsible for maintaining principles of proper food production and other related activities
- Assists with catered events for food preparation and service
- Performs all other duties as assigned
