Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in front desk, concierge, or hospitality roles preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Availability to work weekends and flexible hours
  • Professional demeanor and customer service orientation
  • Familiarity with local area is desirable

Job Qualifications

  • Previous front desk, concierge, or hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong communication and multitasking abilities
  • A calm, professional demeanor and genuine passion for guest service
  • Familiarity with Healdsburg and Sonoma County restaurants, wineries, and cultural offerings is a plus
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience
  • Handle reservations, confirmations, and guest communications via phone, email, and in person
  • Provide tailored recommendations for dining, wine tasting, and local attractions
  • Process payments accurately, maintain guest records, and follow all cashiering procedures
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage to fulfill guest requests promptly
  • Maintain an organized, polished front desk and lobby environment
  • Handle guest concerns with empathy and discretion, ensuring timely resolution
