Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of two years experience as a concierge or in a related hospitality role
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to provide warm and professional customer service
- availability to work Mondays and Tuesdays from 4 p m to 7 p m and every other Saturday and Sunday from 9 a m to 1 p m
Job Qualifications
- Way advanced education in hospitality or related field preferred
- minimum of two years' concierge or related position experience required
- demonstrated ability to provide excellent hospitality
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to manage resident and guest activity planning
Job Duties
- Provide excellent hospitality to seniors
- create a fun, engaging and caring environment for residents
- engage with residents' family and friends and take time to visit with them
- serve as the face of the community
- assist with the development and implementation of new, innovative ways to help residents, families, and guests experience The Waters
