Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
  • Capable of lifting or maneuvering up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
  • Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work inside and outside in various weather conditions
  • Rare travel required
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic computer skills for scheduling and data entry
  • Knowledge of local area amenities and services

Job Duties

  • Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area
  • Ensure the comfort of prospects and visitors while they wait
  • Answer phone calls and route them to appropriate team members
  • Assist with completed service request call backs
  • Maintain guest suite schedules ensuring proper payment and cleanliness
  • Manage and coordinate loading dock or elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
  • Ensure clubhouse amenities are in tour condition prior to opening
  • Manage all package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours
  • Maintain tracking logs for equipment rentals and services
  • Assist community team with scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities
  • Keep detailed information on local restaurants, shops, delivery places, and maintain contacts with concierge vendors
