- bachelor's degree in education, higher education administration, public health or related field
- minimum 3 years related work experience in higher education or health-related field
- proficient in microsoft office suite

Job Duties
- serve as primary liaison and support resource at clinical partner institutions in northeast ohio for neomed faculty and staff
- interact professionally with healthcare practitioners, faculty, public, and students to create a favorable impression of neomed
- work collaboratively with facility staff to enhance relationships between partner institutions and neomed
- facilitate faculty and resident onboarding
- assist medical staff and residents with faculty appointment applications and processing
- assist with cv creation
- prepare and submit required documents to create email accounts and provide access to neomed services
- educate faculty about the master teacher guild and assist with membership applications
- advertise and notify faculty about university events
- assist faculty with virtual consultations and administrative tasks
- conduct daily walk-arounds to meet and support physicians and faculty
- work closely with colleges to prepare faculty for student participation in clerkships and education experiences
- function as the primary liaison for one-stop access to neomed services by partner institution faculty and staff
- connect partner institution faculty with neomed faculty and experts for research collaboration
- identify additional collaborative opportunities for leadership consideration
- perform other duties as assigned
