Job Duties
- Provide customer service by welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
- Manage access control effectively
- Conduct regular patrols to identify potential security risks
- Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
- Respond promptly to incidents and provide first aid if necessary
- Coordinate with emergency teams during incidents
- Answer questions in person or by phone
- Write comprehensive incident reports
- Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property
