Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Answers incoming calls in a warm, pleasant and professional manner
- Ensures all messages are relayed promptly to the intended person
- Maintains current visitor log
- Greets all visitors, residents, family members and associates warmly and invitingly
- Keeps reception areas clean, hospitable and inviting
- Ensures compliance with concierge and first impression standards from entrance to lobby
- Creates and maintains resident face sheets using Yardi system
- Updates and distributes face sheets as information changes
- Inputs resident assessment data into Yardi as directed
- Records work orders in the Direct Supply TELS system
- Shares environment or hospitality concerns with management
- Maintains “Show Ready” appearance of all community entrance areas
- Assists community relations and sales directors with inquiries
- Supports business office tasks such as credit card summaries and petty cash
- Offers refreshments to visitors
- Respects residents’ rights to privacy
- Coordinates resident appointments for various services
- Manages residents’ mail and package distribution
- Prepares community brochure packets
- Maintains professionalism while interacting with co-workers
- Assists with additional administrative duties as assigned
- Follows company computer usage guidelines
- Dresses professionally and maintains uniform
- Maintains professional decorum and safety awareness
- Takes ownership of safety for self and others
- Discloses medications that could affect job performance
