Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
  • ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet residents, guests, and families in a warm and friendly manner
  • answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
  • provide information about the community and its amenities
  • assist with scheduling appointments and transportation for residents
  • handle resident inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • assist with administrative tasks as needed
