- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet residents, guests, and families in a warm and friendly manner
- answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- provide information about the community and its amenities
- assist with scheduling appointments and transportation for residents
- handle resident inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- assist with administrative tasks as needed
