Job Requirements

  • GED or HiSET
  • 2-3 years of experience in hospitality industry or related field
  • Basic PC skills
  • Ability to handle high volume and stressful situations in a calm professional manner
  • Professional attire as set by departmental guidelines
  • Ability to meet physical requirements of the job
  • Effective verbal and telephone communication skills
  • Ability to follow telephone etiquette guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • GED or HiSET
  • 2-3 years of experience in hospitality industry or related field with proven customer service
  • Basic PC skills
  • Bilingual preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet arriving customers at vehicles or entry doors in a positive and professional manner
  • Proactively offer services and provide information and assistance as needed
  • Assist in facilitating patient and visitor flow between information desks, registration points or service area locations
  • Provide directions to desired locations or help determine desired location using available computer information or other resources
  • Respond to general inquiries or specific needs such as securing wheelchairs or volunteer escort if needed
  • Assure entry areas are well kept and orderly
  • Perform responsibilities within established customer service and safety standards
