Job Requirements

  • Experience in an office environment, answering phones or customer service preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet and direct visitors to the front desk in a friendly and helpful way
  • Answer all incoming phone calls and transfer calls or take messages as appropriate
  • Respond to resident and family member questions and concerns
  • Respond to and appropriately handle emergency situations
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the front lobby and entrance area
  • Provide information and assistance to residents and visitors as needed
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication
