  • Computer savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Internet
  • Maintains professional appearance and complies with uniform policy

Job Duties

  • Meeting/greeting residents and guests to determine nature of their visit and maintain logbooks for all visitors
  • Answering phone calls and assisting callers with information and/or instructions for the building
  • Responding to inquiries on neighborhood services when applicable
  • Receiving and overseeing deliveries, mail and packages for residents
  • Inspecting the buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness and reporting any issues to the maintenance department
  • Assisting management with any request for residents in the building
  • Keeping lobby area, front desk and package area organized, neat and clean
  • Properly communicating with lead concierge and management
  • Providing excellent customer service
