Job Requirements
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- must have valid driver’s license
- reliable transportation
- maintain required vehicle insurance coverage
- must be able to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
- ability to move, lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- flexible to work on-call as needed, including shifts from 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday
Job Qualifications
- At least one year experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- proficient with point-of-sale technology platforms and data entry accuracy
- self-motivated to engage proactively with customers
- passionate about supporting people
- detail oriented and committed to accuracy
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- creative, curious, and solutions-minded

- high interpersonal skills to handle dynamic customer situations with poise and professionalism
- ability to manage multiple service requests and deliver on time
Job Duties
- Fulfilling customer services such as running errands, coordinating vehicle services, planning events, facilitating shipping needs
- accurately capturing service activity within BEST’s service management platform
- marketing services and promotions to customers

- engaging proactively with customers
- managing multiple service requests efficiently
- maintaining professionalism and tact in dynamic customer situations
