Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, trade, technical, or vocational school
- 1+ years of related experience
- ability to speak, write, and communicate effectively in English
- must maintain professional appearance and comply with dress code policy
- ability to cope in a fast-paced environment and work under minimal supervision
- ability to stand, walk for extended periods, ascend and descend staircases and ladders
- ability to lift, carry, push, or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- ability to travel between properties in varying weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of related experience
- excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
- ability to maintain professional appearance and comply with dress code
- ability to work under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- customer service experience
- competency in using office equipment such as computers and phones
Job Duties
- Welcoming resident guests
- managing after-hours package pickup
- addressing resident inquiries and concerns
- updating communication logs
- providing resources and creating a welcoming environment for residents, customers, vendors, and neighbors
- acquiring broad knowledge of the community and surrounding area
- building strong relationships with residents
- marketing the property through social media, blogging, and internet presence
- maintaining positive communication between residents and community representatives
- assisting with resident events and initiatives
- answering the concierge phone line
- ensuring community amenities have proper inventory
- communicating proactively with management
- reviewing activity logs at the start of each shift
- maintaining confidentiality regarding residents
- adhering to property guidelines and standards
- maintaining presentation of work area
- performing other duties as assigned
