Job Requirements
- High school education preferred
- Relevant training and experience required
- Ability to timely obtain any required licenses or certificates
- Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity
- Minimum lifting of 50 pounds
- Minimum pulling of 50 pounds
- Extended periods of standing and guest interaction
- Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly
- Provide attentive food and beverage service during breakfast, evening hors d'oeuvres, and other service periods
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
- Offer knowledgeable recommendations about hotel amenities and local attractions in St. Louis
- Address guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate
- Set up, replenish, and break down food and beverage stations according to brand and health standards
- Monitor product freshness, quality, and presentation throughout service
- Maintain cleanliness of buffet areas, seating, and service stations
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Track inventory and communicate restocking needs
- Coordinate with culinary, front desk, and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless service
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance in alignment with Renaissance brand standards
- Ensure guests are satisfied and fulfill any additional requests
- Ensure food and beverages are sufficiently stocked at all times
- Answer questions regarding the food, the hotel and local area
