Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and presentation
- Friendly, approachable, and guest-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable performing frequent cleaning, stocking, and light food preparation tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Flexibility to work evening shifts, Sunday-Thursday (approximately 4:30 PM - 8:30 PM)

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Club Lounge during evening shifts
- Restock food, beverages, and supplies promptly and efficiently
- Prepare light food items following health and safety standards
- Provide friendly and attentive service to Elite Bonvoy Members and guests
- Engage with guests to ensure comfort and satisfaction
- Monitor lounge presentation and report any issues or concerns
- Assist with guest inquiries and special requests as needed
