Job Requirements
- at least one year of customer service experience in a hospitality environment
- strong communication skills and a service-oriented attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction
- ability to multitask efficiently and maintain a high level of organization in a busy environment
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- previous experience in food and beverage service or as a concierge is a plus

Job Duties
- create a memorable experience by greeting and assisting guests in the Concierge Lounge
- offer exceptional service by providing beverages, snacks, and light meals
- respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries about hotel services and local attractions
- maintain cleanliness, organization, and adequate stock of the Concierge Lounge
- build rapport with guests and assist with special requests
- provide personalized service to VIP and loyalty program members
