High school education or equivalent
knowledge and use of Word, Excel, Outlook
dependable
availability to work Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Job Duties

Monitor the front entrance and greet residents and guests
answer phones and assist with inquiries
support Sales Department with tours and outbound calls to prospective residents
assist Director of Business Operations with general administrative functions
perform general administrative tasks and duties as assigned in other departments
assist in the dining room and during special events as needed
ensure proper building closure at end of shift
