Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- three months of related experience preferred
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
- proficiency in computer skills including Outlook, Excel and Word
- compassionate and professional attitude
- ability to work as a team and manage multiple tasks
- ability to make independent decisions when necessary
- positive and friendly demeanor
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families
- answer telephone calls
- ensure the safety of residents and property by monitoring surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, building alarms and investigate any unusual activity
- process reports for work orders, incidents and concerns
- receive and deliver or hold packages, plants, prescription drugs as requested
- maintain the sign-in/out log for community keys and gate passes
- assist other departments with administrative functions
- ensure timely response and follow up on resident, family, and employee concerns
- maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers
