Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • three months of related experience preferred
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
  • proficiency in computer skills including Outlook, Excel and Word
  • compassionate and professional attitude
  • ability to work as a team and manage multiple tasks
  • ability to make independent decisions when necessary
  • positive and friendly demeanor

Job Duties

  • Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families
  • answer telephone calls
  • ensure the safety of residents and property by monitoring surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, building alarms and investigate any unusual activity
  • process reports for work orders, incidents and concerns
  • receive and deliver or hold packages, plants, prescription drugs as requested
  • maintain the sign-in/out log for community keys and gate passes
  • assist other departments with administrative functions
  • ensure timely response and follow up on resident, family, and employee concerns
  • maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers
