Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • three months of related experience preferred
  • excellent customer service skills
  • clear and effective communication in English
  • proficient computer skills including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • ability to work as part of a team
  • ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • ability to make independent decisions when necessary
  • maintain a positive and friendly demeanor

Job Duties

  • Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families
  • answer telephone calls
  • ensure the safety of residents and property by monitoring surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, and building alarms
  • investigate any unusual activity
  • process reports for work orders, incidents, and concerns
  • receive and handle packages, plants, prescription drugs, and deliver or hold as requested
  • maintain sign in/out log for community keys and gate passes
  • assist other departments with administrative functions
  • ensure resident, family, and employee concerns receive timely response and follow up
  • maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors, and co-workers
