Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- must read, write, speak, and understand English
- computer literate
- must dress professionally as directed by management
- patience, tact, enthusiasm, and positive attitude toward the elderly
- personable, friendly, and enjoys smiling

Job Duties
- Smile and extend a warm and friendly welcome to everyone entering the community
- offer refreshments to individuals waiting in the lobby
- answer and direct incoming telephone calls as directed by management
- receive inquiries from visitors, residents, family members, and employees and direct them to proper personnel
- maintain a current list of residents and the resident registry
- receive maintenance requests, complete work orders, and submit them to maintenance
- maintain daily check-ins of all residents
- maintain a resident absentee register
- have outside contractors, deliverymen, service personnel, and visitors sign in and out in a daily journal
- make copies and send fax copies for residents and staff as appropriate
- keep record of all cash received at front desk and submit to bookkeeping monthly
- perform other tasks, assignments, projects, or requests as deemed by management
- appropriately address every individual leaving the community as directed by management
