Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including potential evenings and weekends
- Reliable transportation

Job Duties
- Provide guests with an amazing customer service experience
- Uphold our highest standards of hospitality by being warm, courteous, and professional toward the guests at all times
- Lead and coordinate timeliness for the day's deliveries
- Assist with delivering recoveries, potentially outside of the normal work hours
- Coordinate between the guest and our team after training
- Route and dispatch our deliveries
- Help problem solve
- Communicate with drivers about their routes
- Communicate with guests with any questions
- Execute duties in an efficient and attentive manner
- Gather personal details about guests to customize and data-mine for future BPA opportunities
