Job Requirements
- One year retail, hospitality or concierge experience
- Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to troubleshoot basic ticketing issues
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Greet mall visitors and bus riders
- Provide concierge services coordinating guests' visits including transportation, ticket purchases, hotel reservations, and trip itineraries
- Provide information about casino and non-gaming events, entertainment, promotions, and amenities
- Assist guests with Club M memberships, including creating new accounts, answering questions, and reprinting cards
- Help guests with Mystic Lake apps and Text Club information
- Troubleshoot ticketing issues and resolve minor guest concerns
- Escort guests to shuttle buses, greet guests at the bus, and maintain proper procedures
- Track guests by scanning Club M cards or identification cards
