Job Duties

  • Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and guest wellbeing
  • maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and tools
  • prepare and serve hot, cold, and alcoholic beverages
  • stock ice, glassware, and supplies
  • anticipate and communicate replenishment needs
  • wash dishes and serving utensils
  • complete opening and closing duties
  • requisition and transport supplies
  • secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas
  • document information in department logbook
  • forecast meal requirements and communicate special requests to kitchen
  • report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to manager
  • welcome and acknowledge guests
  • assist individuals with disabilities
  • speak clearly and professionally
  • prepare and review documents
  • answer telephones with proper etiquette
  • develop positive working relationships
  • comply with quality assurance standards
  • move and lift objects up to 25 pounds
  • stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • perform other reasonable duties as requested
