Job Requirements
- Must be a high school graduate
- must be a team player with a positive and considerate attitude
- must be organized and able to handle multiple tasks at one time
- must have knowledge of computers

- must read, know, follow and explain personnel, department and facility policies
- must be able to be cheerful and represent a positive, professional first impression at all times
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of building safety and emergency procedures

- ability to maintain confidentiality
- prior experience in a customer service or concierge role preferred
Job Duties
- Answer phones and route calls to the appropriate person or department
- ensure all entering sign in via kiosk
- call resident apartment to announce visitor before sending visitor to apartment
- enter work orders for housekeeping, pest control, and/or maintenance issues as requested
- accept packages, monitor postal delivery, and call residents about their packages
- inform Executive Director and department heads when officials enter the building
- initiate assistance from local medical professionals during emergencies
- know building layout to assist emergency services
- operate fire alarm panel and direct resident response during emergencies
- receive and deliver flowers and notify appropriate person
- assist individuals completing applications and direct them accordingly
- meet and greet all new residents
- assist visitors, families, and employees as needed
- participate in fire response and follow policies
- secure building during evening shifts with extensive walking
- make security rounds during overnight shifts
- deliver newspapers to resident doors
- complete resident daily check in at 10am
- respond to resident emergency calls as they occur
- assist before, during, and after disasters
- perform all other assigned duties
