Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents as they enter the leasing area and ensure their comfort
- Answer phone calls and route them to the appropriate team member
- Assist with service request callbacks as necessary
- Maintain the guest suite schedule to ensure proper payment and cleanliness
- Manage and coordinate the loading dock and elevator schedule for move-ins and move-outs
- Ensure clubhouse amenities are in tour condition prior to office opening
- Manage all package deliveries by documenting arrivals and notifying residents within 24 hours
- Maintain tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and other community services
- Assist the community team with scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs
- Keep detailed information on local restaurants, shops, and delivery places and maintain vendor relationships
