Job Requirements
- Legally permitted to work in the United States
- Flexible schedule availability including weekdays, weekends, holidays, overtime, and overnight shifts
- Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions
- Minimum two years of food service or related luxury hospitality experience
- Active membership in Les Clefs d'Or
- Strong knowledge of Washington DC
- Proficient in English
Job Qualifications
- Proficient in English speaking, reading, and writing
- Two years of food service or related experience in a luxury atmosphere
- Two to three years of previous Rooms Division experience
- Active member of Les Clefs d'Or
- Strong knowledge of the Washington DC area
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages is a plus
- Passion for excellence and detail orientation
Job Duties
- Juggle a wide variety of guest requests while providing warm and genuine service
- Manage cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Offer personalized recommendations and assistance to guests
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the Washington DC area
- Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Uphold Four Seasons policies and standards
- Work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
