Job Duties
- Acts as an ambassador by providing assistance and information to patients and visitors
- Assess each patient and visitor's age-specific needs and provide appropriate care
- Oversee waiting areas and promptly resolve requests, issues, or complaints
- Escort and assist patients and visitors to desired locations or vehicles
- Offer assistance with wheelchairs as needed
- Answer telephone calls promptly and provide accurate information
- Maintain a neat and organized lobby environment and notify environmental services of spills or litter
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and limit work-related discussions to private areas
