Job Requirements

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to multitask and manage time effectively
basic computer proficiency
prior experience in customer service preferred but not required
ability to work flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Answers telephone and directs the caller to the appropriate individual
provides information such as community address, directions, fax numbers, company website, and other related information
greets and directs visitors to the community
receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail
coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
resolves customer questions and concerns
