Job Duties
- Greet and assist residents, visitors, and vendors courteously
- Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
- Coordinate resident transportation and guest suite reservations
- Assist residents with activity and event reservations
- Liaise with security and valet staff to meet resident needs
