Job Requirements
- Must be able to work 8 hour shifts
- must be available to work late at night or early in the morning and overtime when required
- must be comfortable working with and around large groups of people
- must be able to lift up to 35 lbs
- must be able to stand for an entire shift
Job Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited college or university, preferred
- 1-2 years' experience in the hotel, hospitality, or service industries
- positive, outgoing, and attentive demeanor
- strong oral, listening, organizational, and written skills including proficient word processing and computer knowledge such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- ability to demonstrate a history of proven reliability and consistency
Job Duties
- Greet residents and guests with professionalism and warmth
- announce visitors and manage deliveries with care
- keep the lobby calm, clean, and inviting
- support leasing tours and resident events with a polished front desk presence
- conduct lobby checks for lighting, music, scent, and overall atmosphere
- monitor building camera systems and logs
- track vendor and contractor activity and follow access procedures
- respond to safety or privacy concerns calmly and appropriately
- log and organize packages and deliveries using digital tools
- track service requests and amenity bookings
- support the package room and inventory systems
- manage visitor logs and help maintain accurate resident preferences
- prepare elevators and common areas for scheduled moves
- notify the Resident Manager of unscheduled move-ins/outs
- ensure smooth transitions with clear communication
- welcome prospective residents and alert the leasing team
- share branded materials and collect contact information
- maintain a composed and helpful presence
- sweep sidewalks, terraces, lobbies, and hallways
- empty trash and recycling bins throughout the building
- respond quickly to spills, weather-related messes, or other safety hazards
- clean and polish floors, glass, mirrors, brass, and woodwork
- deep clean as needed including carpet cleaning, grout scrubbing, waxing floors
- maintain the laundry room, fitness center, and management offices
- report any damage or safety issues to the Resident Manager
- clean stairwells, service areas, and the compactor room
- change light bulbs and help prepare units for new residents
- use building systems to log tasks and report ongoing issues
