Job Requirements
- Completed high school diploma or GED
- must be able to obtain and maintain any applicable licenses or certifications
- strong vision abilities including color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- must be able to stand and/or walk for an entire work shift
- employment verification may be required
- ability to occasionally lift and/or move objects weighing 25 pounds or more
- capacity to perform physical activities such as climbing stairs, stooping, kneeling, or crouching
- availability to work varied hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- must be able to obtain and maintain any applicable licenses or certifications
Job Duties
- Monitor and authorize the entrance and departure of employees, guests, and other persons
- patrol and roam the guest areas of the venue monitoring areas for safety and compliance with the house rules
- interact with guests and address safety and security concerns
- operate metal detecting devices to screen individuals and prevent the passage of prohibited articles into restricted areas
- partner with fellow crew members at the end of the show to close the venue including collecting recyclables and properly storing event equipment
- warn persons of rule infractions or violations
- write reports of daily activities and irregularities such as equipment damage or theft
- apprehend and evict guests in violation of house rules or causing safety hazards
- examine tickets or passes to verify authenticity
- provide accommodations for guests with special needs
- inform guests of venue layout and direct them to amenities
- patrol premises to detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates
- perform other job-related duties as assigned
