Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency
- 1 plus years of hospitality experience preferred
- effective written and verbal communication skills
- excellent customer service skills including conflict resolution
- ability to project a professional demeanor
- intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite
- excellent organizational skills
- ability to prioritize tasks
- ability to handle physical demands like lifting 30 pounds, standing for long periods, walking and climbing stairs
- ability to maintain composure under pressure
- ability to act with integrity and confidentiality
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency
- college level courses in business and hospitality preferred
- 1 plus years of hospitality experience preferred
- effective written and verbal communication skills
- excellent customer service skills including conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
- ability to project a professional and knowledgeable demeanor
- intermediate command of computer hardware/software specifically Microsoft Office Suite
- excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- ability to prioritize tasks
- ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- multiple language fluency desirable but not necessary
Job Duties
- Greets residents and guests upon entry
- responds to requests, questions, and other needs
- makes reservations and recommendations to restaurants, bars, and clubs
- documents issues or transactions as needed
- develops an understanding of Association policies and requirements
- develops an understanding of appropriate department/person to support for escalation
- develops knowledge of surrounding areas and attractions
- answers phones promptly and responds to questions/requests
- keeps track of activity logs, incident reports, records, and forms for Property Manager
- escalates concerns to Property Manager for resolution
- monitors Emergency Response System and responds timely
- monitors and controls Electronic Security Control Systems
- ensures safety precautions and procedures are followed
- logs and tracks packages until pick-up or delivery to resident
- performs other duties as assigned
