Job Requirements
- High school degree or GED
- proven experience in customer service
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications
- ability to handle multiple priorities
- effective verbal and written communication skills
- good organizational and time management skills

- capacity to maintain accurate records
- demonstrated good judgment and decision-making skills
- ability to comply with occupational health and safety regulations
- willingness to complete required training and certifications
- must pass drug and background screening
- must meet physical evaluation standards
- comply with vaccination requirements as mandated

Job Duties
- Oversee the community entry area for visitors, guests, and residents and extend a warm welcome
- contact the Director of Sales, Executive Director, or Department Coordinator to meet prospective residents, families, or visitors and manage wait times
- greet potential job candidates and direct or capture application information
- answer and manage incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally
- take and communicate messages accurately
- provide community overviews and direct calls appropriately
- schedule appointments for residents and family members
- send get well and sympathy cards to residents and families
- order flowers and name plates for new residents
- maintain marketing and move-in packet inventory
- assist with customer relationship management database entry
- keep front desk and bistro areas clean and organized
- restock refreshments and maintain equipment
- ensure safety and compliance with health and safety requirements and procedures
- respond to emergencies according to policy
- maintain resident and team member rosters and safety programs
- update and maintain administrative records, logs, and registries
- organize mail and resident newspapers
- assist with recruitment-related data entry and general administrative duties
- participate actively in team meetings and training
- adhere to company standards and policies
- perform other duties as assigned
