Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of relevant experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and take direction on multiple tasks
- Commitment to providing empathetic and compassionate service
- Availability to work Thursday through Sunday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
- Ability to stand or move throughout the shift as required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Demonstrated passion for serving seniors
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Greet and assist residents and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Coordinate scheduling and appointments for residents
- Provide information about community services and events
- Respond promptly to resident and visitor inquiries and needs
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and common areas
- Assist with administrative tasks and support other staff as needed
