Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of relevant experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and follow multiple instructions
  • Passion for serving seniors and improving their quality of life
  • Able to work Thursday through Sunday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
  • Willingness to embrace teamwork and uphold company values

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and take direction on multiple tasks
  • Commitment to teamwork and respect for others

  • Accountability and reliability in fulfilling job responsibilities

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome residents and visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Manage and coordinate front desk activities including answering phones and directing calls
  • Provide information about community services and events to residents, families, and guests
  • Assist residents with various requests and ensure their needs are met promptly
  • Maintain security and safety by monitoring access and reporting any unusual activities
  • Support team members with administrative tasks and event coordination
  • Uphold the community's mission by demonstrating kindness, empathy, and integrity in all interactions
