Job Requirements

  • High school degree or GED
  • proven customer service experience
  • proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office and Sunrise applications
  • ability to work effectively with team members and residents
  • commitment to safety protocols and risk management
  • ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize
  • willingness to participate in training and team engagement activities

Job Qualifications

  • ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • good judgment and problem-solving abilities
  • ability to maintain accurate records
  • experience with phone systems and message handling

Job Duties

  • Oversee the community entry area and greet visitors and residents warmly
  • manage incoming calls and messages professionally
  • assist potential residents and families with community information
  • support recruitment by welcoming candidates and managing applicant information
  • maintain the Bistro area for cleanliness and refreshments
  • assist with sales and marketing activities including inventory and lead tracking
  • update administrative records including resident and team member rosters
  • promote and follow community safety and risk management protocols
  • participate actively in team meetings and training
  • perform other assigned administrative duties
