Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
- proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- must be compassionate and professional with excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently
Job Qualifications
- Three months of related experience is preferred
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
- highly proficient computer skills including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic, and helpful
- ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- ability to make independent decisions when necessary
- maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and co-workers
Job Duties
- Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families
- answer telephone calls
- monitor surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, and building alarms to ensure safety
- process reports such as work orders, incidents, and concerns
- receive and deliver or hold packages, plants, prescription drugs, etc. as requested
- maintain sign in/out log for the issuance of community keys and gate passes
- assist other departments with administrative functions
- respond to and follow up on resident, family, and employee concerns to ensure customer satisfaction
- maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, and co-workers
