Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
  • proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • must be compassionate and professional with excellent interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently

Job Qualifications

  • Three months of related experience is preferred
  • ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
  • highly proficient computer skills including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic, and helpful
  • ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • ability to make independent decisions when necessary
  • maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and co-workers

Job Duties

  • Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families
  • answer telephone calls
  • monitor surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, and building alarms to ensure safety
  • process reports such as work orders, incidents, and concerns
  • receive and deliver or hold packages, plants, prescription drugs, etc. as requested
  • maintain sign in/out log for the issuance of community keys and gate passes
  • assist other departments with administrative functions
  • respond to and follow up on resident, family, and employee concerns to ensure customer satisfaction
  • maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, and co-workers
