Job Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records
- Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Compliance with safety and health regulations
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to participate in required training and meetings
- Pass required drug test, background check, and health screenings
- COVID-19 and flu vaccination if mandated by law
Job Qualifications

- Proven customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sunrise computer applications
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Accurate record keeping skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Job Duties
- Oversee the community entry area and greet visitors and residents warmly
- Manage incoming telephone calls and answer promptly with appropriate greeting
- Take and communicate messages accurately
- Provide community overviews and support the sales team by handling inquiries
- Assist with community recruitment by capturing candidate information and guiding applicants
- Maintain neatness and organization at the front desk and Bistro
- Ensure Bistro cleanliness, stock refreshments, and maintain pleasant atmosphere
- Manage resident and family appointments for services and transportation
- Send get well and sympathy cards to residents and families
- Support risk management by promoting safety protocols and maintaining emergency rosters
- Perform administrative duties such as updating phone lists, guest logs, meal tickets, and mail distribution
- Track team member paychecks and monitor office supplies
- Actively participate in team meetings and engagement activities
- Maintain compliance with training and safety standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
