Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or healthcare experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, family members and healthcare staff
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Reliable and punctual
- Willingness to work part-time evening and weekend shifts
- Proficiency with computer programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Star quality customer service skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Great computer skills (ie. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent people skills with strong time and project management skills
- Positive 'can do' attitude
- Availability to work 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. varying days and every other weekend 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Job Duties
- Greet all guests to promote villa healthcare goals: exceptional care, unexpected luxury and passionate care
- Meet with resident or responsible party within 24 to 48 hours of admission
- Be attentive to resident requests that would better their experience during their stay
- Manage and purchase necessary supplies to maintain the snack cart
- Ensure resident rooms are ready for new admissions
- Complete tours of the building for prospective residents or family members seeking placement
- Maintain customer service questionnaires and follow-up to address concerns
- Make daily rounds to interact with family members and residents
- Assist with in-house events
