Job Requirements

  • High school degree or GED
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office and Sunrise applications
  • Ability to learn new applications
  • Available to work every Wednesday and Friday from 3pm to 7:30pm
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Must pass drug test, tuberculosis test, physical evaluation, and background check as required
  • Covid-19 and influenza vaccination may be required depending on regulations

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Oversee community entry area for visitors, guests, and residents, extend warm welcome and provide beverages, ensure community safety protocols are in place
  • Contact Director of Sales, Executive Director, or Department Coordinator to meet prospective residents, families, or visitors
  • Greet potential job candidates, direct them to apply online or capture information in Applicant Tracking System
  • Answer incoming calls within 2-3 rings with proper greeting and identification
  • Take complete messages and communicate to intended recipients
  • Offer community overview to callers, forward calls appropriately
  • Manage appointments for residents and family members
  • Send get well and sympathy cards as needed
  • Order flowers and name plates for new residents
  • Order guest meals for move-in days
  • Maintain marketing and move-in packet inventories
  • Support Director of Sales in lead tracking and administrative duties
  • Keep front desk and entry area neat
  • Monitor and stock Bistro area
  • Maintain music ambiance
  • Ensure front desk coverage when away
  • Promote compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Practice safety procedures including PPE, fire extinguishers, SDS, Lockout Tagout
  • Maintain resident and team member rosters for emergencies
  • Champion Safe Leaving Program and respond to emergencies
  • Ensure guest and resident sign-in/out protocols
  • Maintain high-risk elopement list
  • Update resident phone list, move-in/out registers, and guest logs
  • Prepare and tally meal tickets
  • Collect and process meal ticket money
  • Distribute mail and newspapers
  • Post Daily Menu
  • Maintain miscellaneous credit forms
  • Assist with recruitment data entry and administrative tasks
  • Monitor and order office supplies
  • Track and disperse paychecks
  • Participate actively in team engagement and meetings
  • Maintain compliance with training requirements
  • Perform other assigned duties
