Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • No prior work experience required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 10 pounds

Job Duties

  • Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services
  • Gather and provide information about hotel amenities and local events
  • Answer, record, and process guest calls, messages, and inquiries
  • Coordinate with departments like Bell Services and Housekeeping to resolve guest issues
  • Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions and complete safety training
  • Maintain guest service standards in line with The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards
