Job Duties
- Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services
- Make arrangements or identify appropriate providers for guest services
- Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and ensure satisfaction
- Provide information about property amenities and local events
- Answer, record, and process guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
- Coordinate with appropriate hotel departments to resolve guest issues
- Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being
