Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and general PC use
  • 2-3 years of experience in reception, hospitality, or senior living preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to walk throughout the building daily as needed
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English reading, writing, and speaking
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors, manage sign-in, provide directions, answer questions, and handle resident deliveries
  • Support residents with programs, outings, reminders, and day-to-day non-care needs
  • Communicate with residents, families, and staff via phone and Microsoft Outlook, and provide administrative support including lobby displays, shared files, and guest reservations
  • Assist with light housekeeping in common areas and help with breakfast and lunch service in the dining rooms
