Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general PC use
- 2-3 years of experience in reception, hospitality, or senior living preferred
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
- Ability to walk throughout the building daily as needed
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English reading, writing, and speaking
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Duties
- Greet and assist visitors, manage sign-in, provide directions, answer questions, and handle resident deliveries
- Support residents with programs, outings, reminders, and day-to-day non-care needs
- Communicate with residents, families, and staff via phone and Microsoft Outlook, and provide administrative support including lobby displays, shared files, and guest reservations
- Assist with light housekeeping in common areas and help with breakfast and lunch service in the dining rooms
