Job Requirements
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or related major and 4 years experience in sales, marketing, digital or related professional area
- 4-year bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or related major and 2 years experience in sales, marketing, digital or related professional area
- Hospitality marketing or digital advertising experience preferred
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies
- Experience managing content on multiple digital platforms
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners
- Understanding of SEO and digital advertising best practices
Job Qualifications

- Experience in content management and SEO
- Familiarity with social media marketing and paid campaigns
- Strong partnership and negotiation skills
Job Duties
- Promotes on-brand messaging to customers through traditional, digital, and social media channels
- Builds direct marketing plans and targeted campaigns
- Showcases Food and Beverage promotions to hotel guests and local patrons
- Collaborates with regional eCommerce and Marketing teams to integrate marketing efforts
- Develops and executes basic marketing strategy aligned with hotel goals
- Manages internal and external communication and digital presence including property website and third-party channels
- Activates incremental marketing opportunities such as partnerships and third-party sites
- Reports campaign performance to Sales, Marketing & Revenue Management leadership
- Develops and manages property email marketing and paid media campaigns
- Coordinates content management for Marriott.com and third-party sites
- Oversees partnership and public relations activities including managing PR agencies
- Defines in-house F&B programming in coordination with F&B Director
- Develops and implements social media and paid social strategies
- Leads asset development including photoshoots and collateral creation
- Monitors SEO strategies and updates in collaboration with agencies
- Collects and reviews invoices for marketing efforts
- Completes other duties as assigned by leadership
