Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
- minimum of 2 years commercial driving experience
- ability to perform drop and hook operations
- knowledge of federal state and local transportation regulations
- reliable transportation to commute to Rancho Cucamonga CA location
- ability to work full time onsite
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years driving experience with a Class A CDL
- ability to perform drop and hook operations
- knowledge of LTL delivery procedures
- strong commitment to safety
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Safely operate a tractor-trailer combination including drop and hook operations
- transport freight between terminals customers and other locations as assigned
- perform LTL deliveries including loading and unloading freight
- conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition
- comply with all federal state and local regulations including hours of service weight and size restrictions
- maintain accurate records including logs shipping documents and other required records
- provide excellent customer service including communicating with customers and resolving issues professionally
- collaborate with other drivers dockworkers and operations personnel to ensure efficient and safe operations
