Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
  • minimum of 2 years commercial driving experience
  • ability to perform drop and hook operations
  • knowledge of federal state and local transportation regulations
  • reliable transportation to commute to Rancho Cucamonga CA location
  • ability to work full time onsite

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years driving experience with a Class A CDL
  • ability to perform drop and hook operations
  • knowledge of LTL delivery procedures
  • strong commitment to safety
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Safely operate a tractor-trailer combination including drop and hook operations
  • transport freight between terminals customers and other locations as assigned
  • perform LTL deliveries including loading and unloading freight
  • conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition
  • comply with all federal state and local regulations including hours of service weight and size restrictions
  • maintain accurate records including logs shipping documents and other required records
  • provide excellent customer service including communicating with customers and resolving issues professionally
  • collaborate with other drivers dockworkers and operations personnel to ensure efficient and safe operations
