Job Requirements
- legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located
- reliable transportation to assigned store
- flexible availability including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, holidays, and possible early mornings or late nights
- minimum of 1 year cumulative experience in customer service or related fields
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, grassroots marketing, brand engagement, or community building
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to build and maintain relationships with clients or partners
- familiarity with community event planning and execution
- motivated and self-directed with ability to work independently and collaboratively
- basic technical proficiency with computers or related devices
Job Duties
- collaborate with store leadership to implement community strategy
- establish and maintain key local relationships with ambassadors, collective members, and studio owners
- engage with community to identify new ambassador and partnership opportunities
- connect with guests on the sales floor to provide product education and seamless customer experience
- attend, support, or host local and regional community events
- execute product seeding strategy through community partners and ambassadors
- review community business data to share insights and recommendations with store leadership
