Job Requirements

  • legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located
  • reliable transportation to assigned store
  • flexible availability including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, holidays, and possible early mornings or late nights
  • minimum of 1 year cumulative experience in customer service or related fields

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, grassroots marketing, brand engagement, or community building
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to build and maintain relationships with clients or partners
  • familiarity with community event planning and execution
  • motivated and self-directed with ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • basic technical proficiency with computers or related devices

Job Duties

  • collaborate with store leadership to implement community strategy
  • establish and maintain key local relationships with ambassadors, collective members, and studio owners
  • engage with community to identify new ambassador and partnership opportunities
  • connect with guests on the sales floor to provide product education and seamless customer experience
  • attend, support, or host local and regional community events
  • execute product seeding strategy through community partners and ambassadors
  • review community business data to share insights and recommendations with store leadership
