Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven ability to work effectively within teams and various organizational settings
- Strong integrity and respect for company principles
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
- Skill in active listening and providing constructive feedback
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate and support departmental decisions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform duties involving bending stooping and reaching
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to comply with company policies and maintain brand standards

- Proven ability to lead and contribute effectively within various organizational settings or groups
- The utmost level of integrity and respect towards others and company principles
- Ability to write and speak effectively using appropriate conventions

- Efficiently using time by prioritizing and planning work activities
- Sharing information and working harmoniously to accomplish objectives
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Job Duties
- Ensure availability to work a minimum of 15 hours each week as determined by the community manager
- Commit to working full shifts with a minimum of 3 hours per shift on-site
- Be flexible to work additional hours including evenings weekends and overtime as needed
- Assist with move-outs turn and move-ins that extend beyond normal part-time hours
- Complete all prospect tours of the community
- Follow up with assigned prospects in a timely manner
- Plan implement and perform marketing duties and resident events
- Maintain Lifestyle by Core brand standards across the community
- Assist in securing partnership opportunities for the community
- Curate content for social media and marketing materials
- Post to social media as directed by the community manager
- Create marketing materials using Canva
- Be responsible for evening and/or overnight on-call and round duties
- Present to student organizations and attend sponsored events on behalf of the community
- Assist in outbound marketing and leasing activities as needed
- Complete special projects as assigned by the community manager
- Ensure compliance with all Core Spaces policies and procedures
- Ensure product presentation always meets brand and company standards
